Solinity and Scott Co. Economic Development Authority announce partnership to develop a Masterplan Community at the Riverside Development in Weber City. The development will include both age restricted housing and services such as active adult, independent living, assisted living and memory care, as well as non age restricted housing, workforce housing, restaurants, retail, children's daycare, and green spaces, all delivered in an age friendly design concept.
